3. Discuss:
- Have you ever had a bad experience at a shop, restaurant or any other place? (If not, imagine a really bad experience. For example: you went with your family to a dirty restaurant with really rude waiters)
- What happened?
- How did you feel?
- What did you do about it? Did you write a formal complaint?
4. Let’s write a complaint email together.
- Review each part of a letter (Step 2)
- Write at least the first 2 paragraphs together.
- Share ideas on REQUESTS and RECOMMENDATIONS that can be included in the letter.
