I need a snack!

[TEXTO SIMPLE 1]

Man: What were you doing?

Woman: I was eating some biscuits.

Man: Why didn’t you bring me some? I want a snack too.

Woman: I think there were some biscuits left in the kitchen.

Man: Let’s see… No, there aren’t any biscuits. Were there any apples or bananas in the fruit basket in the dining room?

Woman: I think there wasn’t any fruit. But I’m sure there were many carrots in the fridge. Maybe you can have a carrot.

Man: I don’t want to eat a carrot. I‘m hungry for something sweet. I think I saw some cake in the fridge…

Woman: You can’t have that cake. It’s for dessert.

Man: Oh… Alright.

Woman: I think there was a little ice-cream in the freezer.

Man: Really? Yes! There is some vanilla ice-cream! You’ve saved my life! Mmm, yummy!

Woman: Don’t eat it all! I want some too!
