Do you have feelings for Ryan?

Jane: Megan… Were you flirting with Ryan?

Megan: No, I wasn’t. OK, maybe just a little. We get on really well and… I don’t know… I guess I really like him… 

Jane: You really like him?

Megan: Alright, maybe I’m starting to have feelings for him.

Jane: That’s such great news!

Megan: Shhhh, keep quiet. They will hear you! I just, you know, I don’t want it to be a fling. I want to fall in love and settle down, and he could be the one.

Jane: You’re in love with him! Oh, that’s wonderful!

Megan: I said I want to fall in love, not that I’m in love already! We still need to get to know each other better, see if we are a good match, if we have similar goals. And I’m still not sure if he sees me that way…

Jane: Well, I can assure you he’s totally into you. He told Matthew the other day. I wasn’t going to say anything, but since you’re interested in him too… 

Megan: Is he really? What did he say?

Jane: I don’t know. You know men… Matthew didn’t give me any details, just that he’s had feelings for you for a couple of months now.

Megan: For months?! Why hasn’t he said anything?

Jane: I think he isn’t sure about how you feel… Well, Matthew and I thought it would be love at first sight between you two, but when we introduced you… you sort of hated each other! I really thought this would never happen!

Megan: We didn’t hate each other. I know we didn’t immediately click… Ok, maybe we did hate each other… Oh, he’s coming this way! How do I look?
