2. Look at the pictures. Answer the questions. If the answer is no, say what they are doing.

• Is he mopping the floor?

• Are they feeding the pets?

• Is she sweeping the floor?

• Is he vacuuming?

• Is she taking out the rubbish?

• Are they tidying up?

• Is he mowing the lawn?

• Are they doing the washing up?

3. Look at the pictures. Ask questions to find the differences. Student 1, look at picture A and student B look at picture B.

e.g: In my picture there is a man reading a book. Is there a man reading a book in your picture?

4. Discuss: what chores do you usually do at home? How often do you do them?
