Angel or devil?

I began my day at 5 am. I heard a really loud noise. It was my neighbours; they were having a party at 5 am! After that I couldn’t sleep anymore. I got up, made some coffee and built a house of cards.

At 7 I went out and bought some groceries for breakfast. I paid with cash, but the store didn’t have any change, so they gave me some sweets. I don’t even like sweets!

On my way back home I found a stray cat, so I brought it home with me. It was beautiful! I named it Angel, but now I think Devil was a better name for it. That cat destroyed my house of cards!

I gave the cat to my friend Lily, who loves cats. I said his name was Angel, I think she understood he was an angel. She was very furious in the afternoon when she called me. “Why did you say it was an angel?”, she said, “this cat is a devil, now all my furniture is destroyed”.

“I didn’t say he was an angel, I said his name was Angel!” I said. I’m not sure she believed me. Now the cat is back home with me, and my furniture is all scratched… What a day!
